WWI British Enlisted Royal Flying Corps "Floppy" Trench Visor Cap.
For sale is a well-worn private purchase floppy style trench cap for an enlisted "other ranks" soldier in the Royal Flying Corps. The RFC badge is other ranks enlisted pattern, the chinstrap is the style for the 1905 and 1916 other ranks cap. The buttons are RFC as well.
On the interior is the private purchase label, written on which is "Royal Flying Corps 1913-1919" this could just be the soldier's time of service as the RFC lasted only until 1918. The interior is overall very well worn, showing natural wear from being worn for years.
