Vintage Harry M. Fraser Model 500 Cloth and Rug Cutter Excellent Condition

Here's a Harry M. Fraser model 500 rug cutter from the 1970's-80's. This is an extremely well machined cutter made in Manchester, CT and is an earlier version of the design, predating the more commonly seen model 500-1. Condition is used but in great shape, with all parts intact, though the included wrench  original packaging are missing. The wheel blade included could use a sharpening but is free from dents or nicks. Paint is in great shape with very little wear. The only bit of cosmetic damage I see is the aluminum panel and C-clips facing inward that holds the upper wheel in place, which appear to have been filed down a bit by the previous owner (I forgot to photograph this, but I can supply a pic if requested). There's a bit of a highlighter pen marking on the aluminum plate. Runs SMOOTH!
