Vintage 1970 Ossa 250 Stiletto MX Motocross AHRMA

Description

Up for sale is a 1970 Ossa 250 Stiletto project.  I'll start off by saying this is a complete project.  Everything will need inspected, cleaned, restored, or replaced.  Take a good look at the pictures and you make the decision on whether it is correct or not.
Engine:
The engine number is M-261313.  Engine is stuck and looks to have been like this for a long time.  Not sure what is wrong with it.  It may be something simple, or it may be completely thrashed inside.  I haven't had it open, so I being up front about it.  The ignition side cover has been opened up as shown in the pics.  I don't have the carburetor.  It has one cracked fin on the lower side as shown.  The pipe is smashed and rusted out.  Assume it needs everything.
Chassis:
The chassis is a '70 with number B-261313.  Build date of Oct. '69.  Bike does not roll.  Rear brake is locked up.  Wheels, shocks, forks, all have corrosion.  Handle bars are bent.  Bodywork is probably savable, but needs some work.  Chassis does not appear to be cut or modified.

I have additional pictures if needed.  Bike is sold as is, so ask plenty of questions before purchasing.
