Our easy assembly tufting frame saves you all the trouble of purchasing wood planks, carpet strip and hardware separately. It is lightweight but extremely sturdy due to the way it is structured. This tufting gun frame is designed to be used as a table top frame, however it can be used on the ground by inverting the frame upside down and secure the bottom of the frame that's touching the ground with adhesive tack.
The material is made of high-density board, durable, smooth and delicate, equipped with two woodworking tongs, which can be fixed on the desktop. We made the thickness of the wooden strip 2.5cm/1" and the width 7cm/2.75".The weight of the whole set is 5.5kg/12 lbs.The inner diameter of the wooden frame is 70cm/27.5”, so you need a tufted cloth of at least 90*90cm/35*35".
This frame is equipped with nail bars, saw blades, woodworking clamps, installation instructions and installation tool, is great for sewing, knitting and embroidery.Our clamps fit for the table less than 20mm thickness.
Assembly is super easy and can be completed in under 10 minutes. The set comes with all required hardware so you don't need to purchase anything else. You only need a standard phillips head screw driver to complete the task. A very detailed assembly manual is included in the package.
