OEM part manufactured in Sweden; not a cheap Chinese knock-off that fails within several months of purchase. Date code of 0622 means it was manufactured the 22nd week of 2006.
Tested for several hundred miles in a tuned 2002 Saab 9-5 Aero without issue; no misfires and no check engine lights; performed as it should.
Has a small crack on the bottom that does not affect its performance. Black paint on top is a little bubbled up in a few spots. Both of these cosmetic imperfections can be seen in the pictures.
Used in all Saabs with the Trionic 7 (T7) engine management system, meaning 2000-2002 Saab 9-3 with 4-cylinder turbo engine, 1999-2002 Saab 9-3 Viggen, 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible, and 1998-2009 Saab 9-5 with 4-cylinder turbo engine.
Replaces other black T7 direct ignition cassettes; cannot be used to replace a red T5 cassette. Buyer responsible for checking compatibility with their vehicle as returns due to erroneous purchase are not accepted.
