    Description

    My mother was a traditional rug hooking teacher and had supplies for her students.
    This is a hand drawn pattern she had made for small coaster sized squares of butterflies and flowers. She made the coasters by gluing them to heavy felt sometimes with fringe on the edges. I've attached two pictures of another coaster she made.
    The cloth is smooth and soft probably monk's cloth.  The cloth is 17 inches by 14-1/2 inches and the squares are 4-1/4 inches square.
