    Excellent working and Cosmetic Condition for it's age. Decals intact. Grippers relatively clean and sharp--holds linen well. No significant signs of wear on frame. All end caps in place. THIS FRAME HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY INSPECTED, CLEANED, AND TESTED BEFORE BEING BROUGHT TO MARKET. Rug hook with ease and pride!  Frame measures 16.5x12.5x10.5 inches.
