    Description

    LGB 4069 G Scale Container Car made 1980 in original yellow box. Appears New. This is a rare edition with Green and Yellow Stripes on Gray containers. See pictures. Foam inset is still on top.
    This car was valued at 0 in Greenberg’s 1996 price guide. It is the rarest of all LGB container cars, and is certainly exceptional in new condition. The four little handrails on the flat car show tiny amounts of old glue (you have to really look) at their base. Old LGB fans (old LGB, not necessarily old fans) will recognize this as factory glue, the same dried out stuff that lets your engineers rattle around in their engines after 40 years. This is an unused car.
