    Description

    For sale is a vintage LGB 4028 brown boxcar of the Swiss Montreux-Berner Oberland Bahn advertising the Kronenbourg brewery with a brakeman's platform, in the original box.  According to the "Kompendium" these cars were made from 1987 - '94; with the introduction of the 5-digit numbering system circa '93, this one is clearly an earlier model.  The car is in like-new condition.  It has the original plastic wheels, but there is no extra coupling hook & spring set.  The box has very little shelf wear.  This comes from a smoke-free home.  I can combine, to some degree, multiple purchases in order to save a Buyer on shipping.  Please contact me before paying, though, please.
