Incredible Vintage 1960's Personal Collection History of Nails NINE Boards LOOK!

Definitely a one of a kind find... these are handmade and chronicled 16"x 11" boards of all kinds of old nails and fasteners.. there are 9 boards total and they are made with runners on the backside and these would be easy to mount with 3D appeal.. these boards fit inside a handmade 20"x 12"x 14" wooden box with lid and handles. Also includes a few smaller mounts with very interesting pieces on them. There are a few nails missing, a few empty slots that he never seemed to find the next size of the series.. I did have to glue down a handful of nails that came loose. There is also one board missing which makes me sad and curious as to WHAT was on board #3??? Set has some light soil, I did wipe it down. Inside of box has some very dark staining on the bottom. Set has no odors, definitely a conversation starter, especially since the collector's last name was Carpenter!! How great is that? Definitely a memorable gift for the carpenter/woodworker/shop enthusiast that has it all!
