Vintage "Bliss" Portable  Harry M Fraser Strip Slitter / Cutter   Excellent Condition
This Fraser cutting, slitting machine is normally used to slit fabric into evenly sized strips for rug making.  This machine is  is in excellent very lightly used condition.(see pictures)
This machine is in like new condition, has been very lightly used, and very well cared for.
It operates as it should and created the strips/strings shown in the pictures when I ran a piece of paper thru to show the cutting action.(see pictures)
This machine has a #3 cutting wheel and cuts 6  3/32 inch
strips.(see pictures)
There are many different cutting wheels also available on Ebay for making different size strips.
All of the metal parts are in shiny new condition with no serious wear, corrosion, or other signs of use.  In the pictures you can see that the pressure wheel is near new with only the slightest signs of light use with no serious scratches, marks or any signs of corrosion or serious damage from pressing against the cutting wheel.
If you will compare this machine to other machines listed on Ebay this wheel and the cutter will often be highly grooved and even pitted with corrosion making the cutter action poor.  These damaged machines will have to have a new wheel and cutter to operate properly.  This machine looks and operates like a new one.(see pictures)
The plastic crank handle is in great shape has no wear or marks on it and the pressure adjustment knob is in perfect unmarked condition.  There is no corrosion or other signs of use.
