Gas / Fuel Cap Holder for Subaru Flap Door

Description

Most older Subaru vehicles did not come with an option to hold the gas cap, but rather have a tether that dangles and lets the gas cap rest against the body and potentially scratch up the paint.
This listing is for a 3D printed piece that slips into the gas door and will hold the gas cap when filling up with fuel.
Installation is simple, you slide the upper tang in the recess of the gas door (where the S is), line up the bottom tang and slide the whole assembly down capturing the lower tang in the lower recess of the gas door.
This piece is designed to fit most Subaru's from 2004-2012.
Confirmed fitment on Wrx, STi, Forester.
Upper Capturing Tang dimensions: 23mm wide x 8mm thick
Lower Capturing Tang dimensions: 25mm
wide x 11mm thick
