Friction modifier MEGA DIESEL (hereinafter MT) Olix MEGA Diesel is intended for processing diesel trucks and agricultural machinery in normal operation
For intermediate volumes of the oil system, it is necessary to use
10 ml MT Olix per 1 liter of engine oil.
Application effects
Increase and leveling of compression on the internal combustion engine cylinders (due to compensation
wear in the coupling of the cylinder liner-compression ring);
Reducing oil consumption for waste (by reducing the gaps in the mates
cylinder-piston group and reducing the breakthrough of crankcase gases into the breather);
Increase of the overhaul life of units and mechanisms by two or more times
(due to the formation on the surfaces of friction pairs of metal-ceramic
protective layer, hereinafter MKZS, with surface hardness exceeding
original hardness of the factory part);
An increase in the power of the internal combustion engine (by compensating for the wear and
mechanical losses due to friction);
Increase in the resource of oils (by reducing the temperature load
on lubricating oil in friction pairs, due to abnormally low roughness
formed ICPP);
Reduction of noise and vibration during ICE operation (due to pressure equalization
combustion through the cylinders of the internal combustion engine, and reducing the gaps in the engine mates);
Reduction of electrochemical corrosion processes;
Reduction of harmful emissions from internal combustion engines (by increasing the completeness of fuel combustion);
ICE protection in case of emergency loss of pressure in the lubrication system;
Improved engine start at low temperatures.

Processing technique
1. Processing of MT Olix is carried out with a regular oil change with an oil change
filter.
2. In the case of using a combined oil purification system on the engine
or a centrifugal cleaner, the filter element must be removed
fine oil cleaning or block the rotor of the centrifugal cleaner.
3. Start the engine and warm up to operating temperature.
4. Vigorously shake the container with MT Olix, so that the caked on the bottom is dispersed.

7. Without turning off the engine, drive at least 25-30 kilometers in break-in mode.
8. Processing is complete. Avoid increased engine load within 250-300
kilometers, and then return the dismantled filter
element / unlock the rotor of the centrifugal cleaner. Further operation
carry out as usual.
ATTENTION!
Engines with obvious mechanical failures cannot be processed
and mechanical wear over 50% of the initial.
If the oil contains active Teflon, molybdenum
or other additives, the engine must be thoroughly rinsed before processing
and replace with oil without the specified additives.
Before starting treatment, check that there are no oil leaks in the engine.
and that the quantity and quality of the oil are in accordance with the recommendations
engine manufacturer.
Notes:
Before using MT Olix, it is recommended to flush the engine
to remove residual contamination of the inner surface of the oil
systems.
MT Olix is compatible with any type of engine oils and does not change them
properties.
To achieve the full level of vehicle protection, it is recommended
processing of all units and mechanisms of transmission and power steering.
Frequency of application
To preserve the effect of treatment after using MT Olix, it is recommended
its reapplication every 50,000 km, with a regular oil change.
