Due to many people asking for more kits I am making another limited run of brackets.
I have made a bracket for a EDIS sensor and steel 36-1 EDIS trigger wheel. This kit will be great for megasquirt users - NO MORE DISTRIBUTOR !!!! Better intakes etc... It will work with ANY efi system using a 36-1 trigger wheel actually. The kit will include the sensor bracket, the spacers for the bracket, the STEEL 36-1 trigger wheel, all the hardware, and instructions. The sensor the kit uses is for a 91-93 escort 1.9L. Sensor and plug not included, but available as a kit in another auction. It has a +/- 1 tooth adjustment. It is also machined for clearance on the back side of the bracket which you do not see. What needs to be done to your motor to use this bracket: The only thing you will need to do is modify the crank pulley you are going to use. 0.215" will need to be machined off the back. I can machine your pulley to fit for an extra fee plus shipping; you can send me yours. Just the center hub back of the pulley will need to be machined down or possibly even just ground down for the less precise basement machinist turboforder. It needs to have 0.215" taken off, which is the thickness of the 36-1 wheel.
EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED: 1) Machining your crank pulley - plus shipping, you send it to me, I machine it, and send it back to you in the same box. Shipping should be whatever it costs you back to you. I would think you should be able to get this done locally.
