Instructions:
1. First open the rubber plug of the exhaust nozzle and suction nozzle, then plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch of the vacuum pump, and then you can test the machine.
2. There is pressure in the air-conditioning system, the system pressure must be released first, and then use this product to pump or evacuate the air
3. Make sure that the product is started under no load, and then put into work (when starting with pressure, the product will automatically shut down under protection)
4. When pumping air into the air-conditioning system, (note: do not block the suction port of the pump) connect one end of the connecting hose to the air-conditioning system with a valve, and the other end to the exhaust port of the pump. When it is confirmed that there is no leakage, when the switch is pressed {I} position, the air pump is running, and the pressure of the system pressure gauge gradually rises. When the required pressure is reached,

the system intake valve at the same time
5. When evacuating the air conditioning system, (note: do not block the air pump exhaust port) connect one end of the connecting hose to the air conditioning system with a valve, and the other end to the air pump suction port. When confirming that there is no leakage, press the switch to At position {I}, the pump is running, and the pressure of the system vacuum gauge gradually drops. When the required vacuum is reached, turn off the pump and close the suction valve of the system

Precautions:
1. Don't tilt or turn it upside down during transportation or handling, and avoid impact at the same time. It should not exceed 5º when working and horizontal.
2. This product is not allowed to use this product for dusts, high humidity, high temperature conditions or flammable and explosive gases that may produce chemical reactions.
3. The air pump is filled with the best amount of refrigerating oil approved by the company. It should not be added or poured at will. Insufficient or excessive amounts will affect the service life.
4. Make sure that the product is started under no load, and then put into work (when starting with pressure, the product will

5. When pressure is applied to the system, the maximum system pressure should not be greater than 1.4Mpa, and all connected pipelines and pressure vessels must be able to withstand the applied pressure, otherwise excessive pressure will cause system damage and personal injury. .
6. When pumping out the system, make sure that the system is working without leakage. Under no load, the connection and pumping time should not be longer than 4 hours, otherwise it will slightly spray oil.
7. Because this product adopts motor-driven piston connecting rod reciprocating compression type and rotary rolling piston type, oil-lubricated pumping dual-purpose pump, often emit smoke when using the exhaust nozzle, which is a normal phenomenon, not a quality problem, please rest assured use.
8. This product is equipped with overload and overheat protection. After automatic protection occurs, it will automatically reset after a period of time, but the cause must be found out and the malfunction must be eliminated before it can be used.
9. When the machine is in use, prevent debris from being sucked into the machine and affect its use.
10. When the machine is not in use for a long time, please seal the suction nozzle and exhaust nozzle with a plastic cover to prevent debris, dust, and water from entering the machine to ensure the normal use of the vacuum pump.
