Description

You are buying 20 CLAVOS, hand forged, unfinished, hammered Iron Nails.
Size: approx. 1 1/2" across the top of the nail head.
Clavos Material is hammered iron. Each is hand-forged.
Please see the note below prior to your purchase. These are hand-made.
The ribbed stem averages approx. 3/4" TO 7/8" (welded to the underside)

NOTE:
These have a great vintage, antique style look with a small amount of rust.  They are sturdy, but mainly decorative for accents, furniture (not furniture tacking), frames, doors, trunks, window frames, dressers, bed frames....
We recommend that you drill a small pilot hole before using a rubber mallet to hammer these in.
These are hand crafted. Each one is hand forged. So, please do not expect them all to be perfectly centered.  These are best used when wanting to restore or recreate rustic or primitive projects.
These clavos will have areas of rust on them, which is a natural process for unfinished metal.  Some people prefer the rust look. If you do not, you can easily paint them to the color of your choice.
If you are looking for factory produced clavos, these would not be suitable.
