968 Greeves Challenger MX 250 restoration project for sale. Was in pretty good shape when it was taken apart for a restoration that didn't happen. Most of the parts are here and original. This bike is an MX model so it had 35mm Ceriani forks instead of the leading link forks that other Greeves bikes had. The correct fork stop pegs are on the frame. The forks are missing unfortunately. Arces lower fork clamp, original upper clamp.

Amal carb. Greeves engine. Petty front fender. Seat is nice. Tank has a patch on it and is painted the wrong color. Vintage Dunlop trials universal front tire (cracked but holds air fine). Very good candidate to restore a very rare bike. Only includes the parts shown, NO FORKS or other small parts that may be missing.

Bike is located in Palmdale, CA (about an hour north of Los Angeles). I can provide more pictures but it's best if you come look at it in person. May be possible for me to ship it in several large boxes.
