Selling a White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Brochure / Pamphlet from the late 1950s.
It gives a brief overview of the facility and describes various missile projects taking place at the time of publication. There's a reference in the literature to 1957, so I'm assuming it's from the late 1950s, but it may very well be from the 1960s. It is 17 pages long. Condition is Very Good (no tears, highlighting, or writing and no major folds).
